Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments & Scheduling Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, credited towards your final treatment cost. Arrival Time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary forms. If you arrive late, we may shorten your treatment or reschedule, depending on availability. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-Hour Notice: Kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late changes may result in forfeiting your deposit or incurring a fee. Late Arrivals: Arriving over 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment may forfeit your original appointment, and it will have to be rescheduled. No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice may result in a full-service charge or loss of deposit. 3. Health & Safety Client Eligibility: By booking, you confirm you are in suitable health for the treatment. Please inform us of any medical conditions or medications that could affect results (e.g., pregnancy, blood thinners, allergies). Right to Refuse Service: If there is a risk to client or technician safety, Everly & Co reserves the right to decline or defer treatment. 4. Payment & Refunds Methods: We accept cash and major credit or debit cards. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Refunds: Results vary per individual, so no refunds are offered once a service is completed. However, we will address concerns through touch-ups or follow-up appointments, where appropriate. 5. Minors & Guests Age Restrictions: Semi-permanent make up services are reserved for clients 18 or older. Additional Guests: We strive to maintain a calm environment; we don't allow any additional guests in the salon area. 6. Liability & Consent Consent Forms: You may be asked to sign a consent form before treatment. Please read and discuss any questions with your technician. Privacy & Photography Client Information: Personal and medical details remain confidential. Images: With your permission, before-and-after photographs may be taken for documentation or marketing. No images will be shared without consent. 8. Policy Updates Changes: Everly & Co may revise this policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or communicated directly as needed.
