Hey, and thanks so much for stopping by Everly & Co. Aesthetics! I’m Lauren Talbot, the founder and artist here. Honestly, I'm thrilled you're here. My love for cosmetic artistry started way back when I was growing up in England. I was always fascinated by how tiny, thoughtful tweaks could make someone feel amazing and really boost their confidence.
That passion took me to London, where I trained really hard to learn the ins and outs of semi-permanent makeup on the famous Harley Street. It wasn't just about learning how to do things; it was about understanding the skill, safety, and eye for detail needed to get results that look incredibly natural – like you, just subtly enhanced. My goal has always been to bring that high standard of work, but with a really personal touch, to everyone I get to work with.
Life took me on a bit of an adventure from the UK to Abu Dhabi, and eventually, I landed happily here in the Houston area. Now, I call Magnolia home with my husband and our wonderful daughter, Everly. She’s actually the inspiration behind the name Everly & Co. – a little daily reminder of the joy and care I want to put into my work.
Starting this studio wasn't just about opening a business for me. It was about creating a genuinely warm and welcoming place – somewhere you can feel comfortable, relaxed, and know that I'm really listening to you and what you want.
My whole approach boils down to this: refine, don't replace.
I truly believe your unique beauty is something special. My job isn't to change you, but to enhance what you already have. Whether that's giving you natural-looking brows with Nano Blading, adding a soft pop of colour to your lips, or lifting your lashes to make your eyes sparkle, it’s all about subtle improvements. And, of course, I only use top-quality, super safe pigments and products from the UK and US.
Honestly, the best part of my job is connecting with the people who come into my studio. Sitting down, chatting about your goals, looking at your features, and figuring out the perfect look that feels totally you – that’s what I love doing. Seeing you leave feeling happy, refreshed, and maybe standing a little taller with confidence? That makes my day, every time.
Giving back is important to me too, which is why I offer free medical tattooing services for breast cancer survivors, done with the utmost care and understanding.
